Buster Halterman moved to California in the 90’s and was a regular at the So Cal vert scene and skated numerous X-Games and Dew Tour contest and still rips on a board to this day.

This is an original re-issue of Chris Miller’s art for Buster’s “Water, Stars & Sky” deck from this era. It’s made in California by Legend Skates and hand silk screened in San Diego and features a new school hole pattern.
